I am so grateful – not only does the money help in a very practical way, but I am deeply touched to know that the charity has been there for me. It is certainly a comfort in challenging times.
Times have been difficult for our family recently, as you are well aware, but the personal understanding, generosity of the ABF and friendship have been a wonderful lifeline.
I can never thank you enough for your support through my difficult times. You make such a huge difference to me, I never feel alone. You have all been so very kind.
Your help has carried me through the most difficult times of my life.
You have treated me with such care and warmth and generosity that I am profoundly moved by it. I am improving daily and soon I hope to be back at work. I will never forget your kindness.
The difference that you make to our lives is difficult to put into words - your support keeps us going, not only financially, but also to know that we are not on our own is massive. Thank you.

If we cannot help you, we will signpost you towards other organisations that might be able to help.
