We have created a new Operations Coordinator post to help us achieve this ambition, through supporting the day to day operations and smooth functioning of the organisation, to enable provision of the highest standard of support. Activities range from responding to all incoming enquiries, through to coordinating meetings and communications with trustees, as well as supporting information compliance, health and safety, financial processing and IT. As this is a new role created to meet an identified need, there will be the opportunity to shape policies and processes in conjunction with the Head of Finance and Operations.
We are looking for someone experienced in coordinating organisational activities, who is proficient in the use of IT and data, and with knowledge of information compliance. You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, as well as strong interpersonal skills to be able to work well with people at all levels.
